Dear Matrix team, please cancel my Matrix [Beame/Silver/Gold] service for vehicle [registration], account [number], in the name of [full name, ID number], with effect from [date], giving the notice required by my agreement. Please confirm in writing, with the final amount payable and any cancellation fee. Regards, [name, cellphone].
Matrix and Beame run on 36-month agreements. Cancelling early can carry a fee (for Beame, cancelling within the first 24 months carries a penalty). Your agreement states the amount, so ask for the figure in writing before you proceed.
If cost is the reason you want to cancel, ask about moving from Silver or Gold to Beame at R99 a month. If you are selling the car, ask about moving the service to your next vehicle.
