How to download the Matrix app

1. Open the Apple App Store, Google Play or Huawei AppGallery.
2. Search for Matrix Vehicle Tracking and check the publisher is MiX / Matrix.
3. Install and sign in with the username and password Matrix sent you when your unit was activated.

Forgot your Matrix password?

1. On the login page, choose “Forgot password”.
2. Enter your username or registered email and follow the reset link.
3. If you no longer have access to that email, call 011 654 8000 or email CustomerCare@matrix.co.za to update your details.

What you can do after logging in

Silver and Gold customers can see their vehicle live, view trip history and manage alerts; Gold adds driver analytics. Matrix Vision customers manage video events, live streaming and privacy controls from the web platform.

Which Matrix product should you choose?
