Beame App: Download, Register and Log In

How to download the Beame app

1. Open the Apple App Store, Google Play or Huawei AppGallery on your phone.
2. Search for Beame Mobile (check that the publisher is Beame / MiX by Powerfleet).
3. Install the app. It is free; your Beame subscription covers the service.

How to register on the Beame app

1. Open Beame Mobile and choose the option to register or sign up.
2. Enter the cellphone number or email address you gave when your Beame unit was installed. It must match the details on your Beame account.
3. Follow the verification step (usually a one-time code) and create a password.
4. Log in. Your vehicle(s) with Beame should appear.

Exact screens can change between app versions.

If the app says your details are not recognised, your account may be under a different number or email. WhatsApp 087 240 6262 or call 011 654 8000 to update it.

What you can do in the Beame app

• See the unit’s last known location (not live tracking)
• Check battery status and receive low-battery alerts
• Report a stolen vehicle
• Manage your details

For live tracking in an app, look at Matrix Silver or Gold, which use the Matrix Vehicle Tracking app and the web login at matrix.mixtelematics.com.

Forgot your Beame login?

Use the “forgot password” option on the login screen to reset it with a one-time PIN. If that fails, contact Beame on WhatsApp 087 240 6262. Tracker Prices SA cannot reset passwords or access accounts.
