Tracker Prices SA is an independent comparison site. We are not Cartrack and are not affiliated with it, so we cannot access your account, log you in or cancel a contract for you. Facts on this page were checked against official Cartrack sources in September 2026; the provider’s own website is always the final word.

Log in and activate the app

1. Install the Cartrack app.
2. Enter your app username and password.
3. Choose email or SMS verification and enter the 4-digit code.
4. Set a new password when prompted.

Forgot your password? Tap “Forgot Password” and set a new one. If your username is lost, call client services.

Track your car and report a theft

Open the app to see your vehicle’s current position and trip history. If the car is stolen, call Cartrack’s theft line 011 250 3000 (option 1) or 010 141 3890 and SAPS on 10111 – do not rely on the app alone.

Sub users

A sub user is an extra login (for a family member or employee) that can see the vehicles you allow. Sub users are usually added from the account settings or via client services; business customers manage users in Fleetweb.

Download dashcam footage

In the app: open the menu (top left) → Vision → Events → choose the event → tap share or download. On Fleetweb: Vision → Events → tap the camera/eye icon → click the download arrow. Footage is stored on the camera’s SD/SSD card and only requested clips go to the cloud.

Cartrack app not working?

• Update the app and restart your phone.
• Check your data connection; the app needs internet.
• Log out and back in, or reset your password.
• If a vehicle shows no updates, the unit may have lost power or signal: call 011 250 3000.
