How to Cancel Your Beame Tracker

Step by step

1. Find your Beame account or contract number and the vehicle registration.
2. Email cancellations@mixtelematics.com (see the template below).
3. Give 20 business days’ notice and state the date you want the service to end.
4. Ask for written confirmation, the final amount due and whether any penalty applies.
5. Keep the confirmation and do not stop your debit order until the cancellation is confirmed, or you may be handed over for arrears.

Dear Beame team, please cancel the Beame service for vehicle [registration], account/contract number [number], in the name of [full name, ID number]. I am giving 20 business days’ notice, with the service to end on [date]. Please confirm the cancellation in writing, the final amount payable and whether any early-cancellation fee applies. Cancellation fees

If you cancel in the first 24 months of the 36-month agreement, Beame may charge an early-cancellation penalty. After that, you can cancel with notice and no penalty. Your agreement sets out the exact amount, so ask for it in writing before you proceed.

Selling your car or switching?

If you are selling your car, ask Beame about moving the service to your new vehicle rather than cancelling, which avoids an early-cancellation fee. If you are unhappy with recovery-only cover, consider upgrading within Matrix to Silver (live tracking) or adding a Matrix Vision dashcam.
