VESA (the Vehicle Security Association of South Africa) tests and approves vehicle security products. Beame’s official material describes it as “insurance approved” by most major insurers but does not state a VESA category on its website. If your insurer specifically asks for a VESA-approved device, ask your insurer or broker whether Beame meets that requirement before you sign.
