If you cannot see your car or it is not where you parked it, call your provider’s theft line and SAPS on 10111 straight away: Matrix/Beame 0800 111 322, Netstar 0800 11 22 22, Cartrack 011 250 3000 (option 1).
If the app shows “unable to connect to server” for all your vehicles, the problem is usually the app or the provider’s server, not your car. Wait a few minutes and try again, or call support. For emergencies, always use the phone line.
