What Is Tracker Car Guard?

Quick answer: Car Guard is an in-app feature from Tracker that watches your parked car. When it is armed (manually or with optional auto-arm), Tracker notifies you if the vehicle moves from where you locked it, giving you early warning of a possible theft.

How Car Guard works

  1. Park and arm Car Guard in the Tracker app (or let auto-arm do it).
  2. If the car moves from its locked position, you get a notification.
  3. Confirm whether it is you or a theft, and call Tracker’s emergency line if needed.
